This Merdeka season, FIX Lounge@ ibis Styles Sepang KLIA invites you to savor the “SIXTY-EAT, Set Lunch”—a culinary tribute to Malaysia’s diverse culinary heritage. Available daily from 31st August to 16th September 2025 (12:00 PM–4:00 PM), this specially curated meal is perfect for a leisurely afternoon break.

For just RM 68+ per person, this specially crafted set menu embodies Malaysia’s unity in diversity through its culinary offerings. Guests can select one of three main courses – each fusing local flavors with global techniques – accompanied by a soup or salad starter, a signature Onde-Onde Cake dessert, and a refreshing Iced Minty Lychee beverage.

Main Course Highlights
The FIX Lamb Shank—ibis Styles Sepang KLIA’s signature dish—is now featured in the Merdeka set menu after winning hearts as an à la carte favorite. The 8-hour braised lamb yields irresistibly tender, gelatin-rich meat that collapses at the touch of a fork, paired with creamy mashed potatoes and crisp-tender macedoine vegetables in a deeply savory lamb jus that ties every element together.

For a satisfying crunch, the Panko-Crusted Chicken Breast combines Malaysia’s love for tender poultry with Japan’s crisp panko technique. The golden, airy crust gives way to succulent chicken, elevated by a creamy mushroom ragout and vibrant sautéed French beans—a harmonious trio of textures and earthy flavors.

A surefire hit with kids and seafood lovers alike, the classic Fish & Chips boasts tender fish encased in an ultra-crisp tempura batter, served alongside golden, chunky fries and a tangy tartar sauce. A squeeze of fresh lemon cuts through the richness, adding a bright, zesty lift that enhances every bite.
